Under UK law, any sterling silver item which weighs over 7.78g must, by law, be hallmarked by one of the approved assay offices.

We are registered with Birmingham Assay Office with a maker's mark of CEW.

Hallmarking is expensive and to keep our jewellery affordable, it is our policy to  only hallmark where legally required. You may however request that any piece is assayed and hallmarked. There will be an additional charge of £20 per item for this. We will endeavour to ship to you as quickly as possible but it is likely that your purchase will take at least a further 14 working days to arrive.
